NIFTY FUTURE : Supp. 5258 /  5282 / 5302 / 5318 CMP: 5330.15 Resis.  5342 / 5356 / 5378 / 5396 Nifty ends August series above 5300 The Indian market ended on an optimist note in an otherwise dull day of trade. The Nifty shot up to close above 5300 mark in last one hour of trade recovering nearly 60 points from day’s low. मजबूती पर बंद बाजार, 5300 के ऊपर निफ्टी निचले स्तरों पर खरीदारी लौटने से बाजार की गिरावट पर ब्रेक लगा। दिन के निचले स्तरों से सेंसेक्स में 175 अंक और निफ्टी में 65 अंक की रिकवरी आई। सेंसेक्स 50 अंक चढ़कर 17542 और निफ्टी 32 अंक चढ़कर 5320 पर बंद हुए। निफ्टी मिडकैप इंडेक्स और बीएसई स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स 0.25 फीसदी चढ़े। एक्सपायरी के चलते बाजार में 3.3 लाख करोड़ रुपये का रिकॉर्ड टर्नओवर हुआ। रियल्टी शेयर 2 फीसदी उछले। हेल्थकेयर, आईटी, तकनीकी, बैंक, पावर, कंज्यूमर ड्यूरेबल्स, एफएमसीजी, पीएसयू शेयर 0.75-0.25 फीसदी मजबूत हुए। कैपिटल गुड्स शेयरों में भी हल्की तेजी रही। मेटल शेयर 0.4 फीसदी और ऑयल एंड गैस शेयर 0.2 फीसदी गिरे। ऑटो शेयर मामूली गिरावट पर बंद हुए। Market Updates :  JSW Energy leads gainers in 'A' group Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Apollo Tyres, Astrazeneca Pharma India and GMR Infrastructure are among the other gainers JSW Energy spurted 5.80% to Rs 46.55 and topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. The stock gained on bargain hunting after sliding 11.73% in the prior six trading sessions from Rs 49.85 on 21 August 2012 to Rs 44 on 29 August 2012. Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone gained 4.91% to Rs 114.40. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock underperformed the market over the past one month till 29 August 2012, falling 4.68% compared with Sensex's gain of 3.87%. The scrip also underperformed the market in past one quarter, sliding 7.58% as against Sensex's 6.40% surge. Apollo Tyres jumped 4.75% to Rs 94.80 as lower rubber prices will boost profitability of tyre makers. It was third biggest gainer in 'A' group. Rubber future dropped for the second day in a row in Tokyo on Wednesday, 29 August 2012, as crude oil, used to make the synthetic variety, fell from a one-week high as Hurricane Isaac passed over the Gulf of Mexico to make landfall. Rubber futures have lost 4.5% this month, heading for a sixth month of decline. Rubber is a key raw material in manufacture of tyres. Astrazeneca Pharma India advanced 4.58% to Rs 1910.70 and was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock outperformed the market over the past one month till 29 August 2012, rising 16.37% compared with Sensex's gain of 3.87%. The scrip, however, underperformed the market in past one quarter, sliding 7.09% as against Sensex's 6.40% surge. GMR Infrastructure rose 4.36% to Rs 19.15 and was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. As per reports, GMR Infrastructure plans to sell stakes across its businesses to raise funds to pay off some of its debt. The company is open to selling up to 49% in each of its highway projects across the country. Stock With Volumes : Volumes jump at Tech Mahindra counter Bayer CropScience, Hinduja Ventures, HDFC, and Educomp Solutions are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 30 August 2012. Tech Mahindra clocked volume of 1.08 Cr shares on BSE, a 175.15-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 56,000 shares. The stock tumbled 5.20% to Rs 792.15 on buzz BT Group PLC has offloaded part of its 23.16% stake in the firm. Bayer CropScience notched up volume of 1.10 lakh shares, a 9.9-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock rose 2.05% to Rs 1,003.65. Hinduja Ventures clocked volume of 1.92 lakh shares, a 7.8-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 25,000 shares. The stock rose 2.03% to Rs 362.10. Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) clocked volume of 11.74 lakh shares, a 4.44-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.97 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.21% to Rs 723.85. Educomp Solutions clocked volume of 8.50 lakh shares, a 2.09-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.35 lakh shares. The stock rose 5.25% to Rs 143.25.
