Stock With Volumes :
Volumes jump at Sun TV Network counter, Jubilant FoodWorks, Muthoot Finance, Titan Industries, and Zee Entertainment Enterprises are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 16 April 2013.
Sun TV Network notched up volume of 12.37 lakh shares by 13:37 IST on BSE, a 16.16-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 77,000 shares. The stock surged 5.11% to Rs 370.10 after a bulk deal of 10.02 lakh shares was executed on the counter on the BSE today, 16 April 2013. The bulk deal constitutes 0.25% of Sun TV Network's equity.
Jubilant FoodWorks saw volume of 3.47 lakh shares, a 7.52-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 46,000 shares. The stock lost 4.01% to Rs 1,064.40.
Muthoot Finance clocked volume of 5.34 lakh shares, a 3.89-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.37 lakh shares. The stock tumbled 9.25% to Rs 119.20.
Titan Industries saw volume of 6.85 lakh shares, a 3.13-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 2.19 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.76% to Rs 243.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises notched up volume of 3.24 lakh shares, a 3.12-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.04 lakh shares. The stock lost 1.71% to Rs 204.55.
