Bulls' day out: Experts advice how to handle them
It was a day of bulls as the market rallied on strong volumes outperforming its global peers. The Niftysurged 108 points to close just below the 5150. IT and metal stocks were some of the leaders that pushed the Nifty higher. The Sensex too showed off gains to close 353 points higher at 17099. ( Read how the market behaved today. )
However, experts feel that the market is still dependent on the global cues. Dipan Mehta, Member, BSE and NSE says that the market will really break out only on the back of resolution of Europe or any positive domestic macro-economy news flow like inflation or interest rate. So, unless there is anything earth shattering, Mehta believes that the market would continue to move again within a range 4800-5300.
"Do keep in mind that we are a high beta market and the way rupee is I am pretty certain that at the first break of bad news in Europe or US, FIIs will press sell over here as well never mind what the valuations are," he warns
