हल्की तेजी पर बंद बाजार, छोटे शेयर चमके
मजबूत यूरोपीय संकेत और रुपये में तेजी के बावजूद बाजार में जोश की कमी दिखी। सेंसेक्स 27 अंक चढ़कर 17426 और निफ्टी 9 अंक चढ़कर 5288 पर बंद हुए। मिडकैप शेयर 0.5 फीसदी और स्मॉलकैप शेयर करीब 1 फीसदी चढ़े।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों से मिले मजबूती के संकेतों की वजह से घरेलू बाजारों ने भी तेजी के साथ शुरुआत की। बाजार खुलते ही निफ्टी 5300 के ऊपर चला गया। शुरुआती कारोबार में सेंसेक्स में 100 अंक की मजबूती आई।
हालांकि, बाजार ऊपरी स्तरों पर ज्यादा देर तक नहीं टिक पाए। आईटी और एफएमसीजी शेयरों में बढ़ती बिकवाली की वजह से बाजार पर दबाव नजर आया।

MRPL leads gainers in 'A' group
Sun TV Network, Essar Oil, Gujarat Fluorochemicals and Idea Cellular are among the other gainers.
Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals (MRPL) galloped 8.36% to Rs 60.30 and topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group.
Sun TV Network jumped 5.84% to Rs 323.35 and was second biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Essar Oil surged 5.81% to Rs 59.20 and was third biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals advanced 5.53% to Rs 420.55 and was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
As per reports, the telecom tribunal Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) today gave a split verdict in a case by mobile phone operators that had challenged a government order requiring them to stop offering 3G services beyond their licensed zones through mutual roaming pacts.

Volumes jump at Motilal Oswal Financial Services counter
Sadbhav Engineering, Cadila Healthcare, IndusInd Bank and CORE Education & Technologies among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 3 July 2012.
Motilal Oswal Financial Services clocked volume of 7.37 lakh shares by 13:21 IST on BSE, a 769.74-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock fell 0.29% to Rs 103.
Sadbhav Engineering notched up volume of 6.74 lakh shares, a 96.96-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock rose 0.91% to Rs 150.50.
Cadila Healthcare clocked volume of 66,000 shares, a 25.58-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,000 shares. The stock fell 0.69% to Rs 765.
IndusInd Bank clocked volume of 2.50 lakh shares, a 6.95-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 36,000 shares. The stock rose 1.51% to Rs 343.60.
CORE Education & Technologies notched up volume of 2.02 lakh shares, a 4.16-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 49,000 shares. The stock rose 0.2% to Rs 297.50.
