बाजार में रौनक, सेंसेक्स 226 अंक चढ़कर बंद
अच्छे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संकेत और रुपये में मजबूती आने से बाजार ने 1.25 फीसदी की छलांग लगाई। सेंसेक्स 226 अंक चढ़कर 17618 और निफ्टी 70 अंक चढ़कर 5345 पर बंद हुए। मिडकैप और स्मॉलकैप शेयर भी 1 फीसदी चढ़े।
चीन में उम्मीद से अच्छे आकंड़ों की वजह से एशियाई बाजारों में खरीदारी लौटी, जिसके चलते घरेलू बाजारों ने भी तेजी के साथ शुरुआत की। रुपये में 4 दिन के बाद मजबूती लौटी। शुरुआती कारोबार में बाजार सीमित दायरे में घूमते नजर आए।
ऑटो शेयरों में आई जोरदार तेजी ने बाजार की मजबूती को बढ़ाया। सेंसेक्स 100 अंक से ज्यादा चढ़ा और निफ्टी 5300 के ऊपर पहुंच गया। यूरोपीय बाजारों की सुस्त शुरुआत के बावजूद घरेलू बाजारों पर दबाव नजर नहीं आया।
Sensex closes 1.3% up on broadbased rally; L&T, ITC lead
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty rallied more than 1% on Tuesday on strong European cues and addition of fresh long positions by traders after a consolidation phase started since last week.
The BSE benchmark rose 226.37 points or 1.30%, to close at 17,618.35 led by support from 27 out of 30 stocks. Meanwhile, the NSE benchmark gained 70.20 points at 5,345.35.

RCom leads gainers in 'A' group
Indiabulls Real Estate, EIH, Voltas and Housing Development and Infrastructure are among the other gainers.
Telecom company Reliance Communications (RCom) jumped 6.59% to Rs 71.15. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. Telecom stocks were in demand today, 10 July 2012, after Minister of State for IT and Telecommunication Sachin Pilot on Monday, 9 July 2012, said the reconstituted empowered group of ministers (EGoM), headed by Home Minister P Chidambaram, would meet soon to deliberate the issue of allocation of spectrum.
Indiabulls Real Estate climbed 5.25% to Rs 63.20. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group. Shares of most real estate companies extended recent strong gains triggered by the Competition Commission of India directing cement firms last month to cease and desist from indulging in any activity relating to agreement, understanding or arrangement on prices, production and supply of cement in the market.
Hospitality firm EIH rose 5.16% to Rs 84.55. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Engineering company Voltas rose 4.83% to Rs 115. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Real estate company Housing Development and Infrastructure rose 4.61% to Rs 89.70. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Volumes jump at Swelect Energy Systems counter
Globus Spirits, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation, Goenka Diamond & Jewels, and Fag Bearings India are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 10 July 2012.
Swelect Energy Systems clocked volume of 4.42 lakh shares by 13:04 IST on BSE, a 15.99-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 28,000 shares. The stock jumped 8.1% to Rs 302.85.
Swelect Energy Systems' board of directors at a meeting held on Monday, 9 July 2012, proposed for the payment of interim dividend of Rs 120 per share for the year ending 31 March 2013.
Globus Spirits notched up volume of 16.93 lakh shares, a 14.68-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.15 lakh shares. The stock surged 4.57% to Rs 123.50.
Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) clocked volume of 4.07 lakh shares, a 8.63-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 47,000 shares. The stock rose 1.64% to Rs 192.05.
Goenka Diamond & Jewels clocked volume of 4.14 lakh shares, a 3.83-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.08 lakh shares. The stock jumped 13.76% to Rs 184.
Fag Bearings India notched up volume of 50,000 shares, a 2.21-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 23,000 shares. The stock rose 0.33% to Rs 1,495.-
